What’s Covered

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • You may request a full refund on one (1) bottle only (even if opened) within 30 days from the date of delivery

  • For multi-bottle or bundle orders, only unopened bottles in original condition are eligible for return and refund

  • Limit of one refund per customer per household

  • Proof of purchase is required, such as order number, email confirmation, or receipt

What’s Not Covered

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Opened bottles beyond the first unit

  • Requests submitted after 30 days from the date of delivery

  • Shipping fees, unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival

  • Items received as free gifts, samples, or promotional items

How Refunds Are Processed
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment (credit card, PayNow, PayPal, or equivalent)

  • Processing time may take up to 4 weeks, depending on your payment provider

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated

  • Bonefirm™ reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy or where misuse or abuse of the guarantee is reasonably suspected.
Returns for Unopened Items

If you are returning unopened bottles (for example, from a bundle purchase):

  • We will provide return instructions and the return address

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was defective or damaged

  • Returned items must be in original, unopened condition

  • Claims for defective or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery and supported with clear photos.
