What’s Not Covered
⦁ Opened bottles beyond the first unit
⦁ Requests made after 30 days from date of delivery
⦁ Shipping fees (unless product was defective or damaged)

How Refunds Are Processed
⦁ Refunds will be made to the original method of payment (credit card, PayNow, or PayPal).
⦁ Processing time may take up to 4 weeks, depending on your payment provider.
⦁ You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is initiated.
Returns for Unopened Items
If you’re returning unopened bottles (e.g., from a bundle), we’ll provide the return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective.
